Brian McGuire

Chief Executive Officer – Zutec Group

Establishing his construction background with a Degree in Environmental Engineering, Brian worked as a Project Manager with Kentz Engineering for many years.  It was here that Brian became aware of the substantial amount of paper used for documentation in the construction industry.  During this time he had the idea to take this documentation and store it online; where he subsequently decided to set up Zutec with Sinead and a small online development crew; where the company quickly found a ready market across the world.   With Zutec’s 17 years experience and Brian at the helm, taking the personal approach with clients; the company have won many prestigious projects across the globe. And there is no doubt that Zutec will be involved in many more success stories in the coming years.

 


Sinead Branagh

Chief Operating Officer – Zutec Group

Sinead Branagh is Chief Operating Officer, of Zutec Group, she is a company founding member having been with Zutec since its inception in 1999. Zutec is a global leader and solution provider to Construction and Engineering Projects. Fundamental to this transformation is cloud computing. Through innovative products and services, Zutec accelerates Construction Projects worldwide journey to the cloud, ensuring projects safely store, manage, protect and analyze their most valuable asset – information – in a more agile, trusted, and cost-efficient way.
Sinead has overall responsibility for setting the strategy, driving execution, and creating best practices for Zutec . She oversees Zutec’s consulting services, technology professional services, operational services, and global customer support. Previously, Sinead was Director, of Zutec Inc (Irl) Ltd and Country Manager GCC Countries.
Sinead attended Oxford Brookes University (UK) and Dublin Institute of Technology (Ireland), where she studied General Practice Surveying (BSc) and Scenario Planning (MPhil).


Conor O’Brien

Chief Financial Officer – Zutec Group


Brendan O’Riordan

Business & Operations Manager – Zutec Group

Brendan O’Riordan is Business & Operations manager for Ireland and the UK.
Brendan has been with company since 2010 when he came on board as business development manager. Brendan works closely with Sinead & Brian implementing strategy and ensuring their vision is translated throughout the company. He also oversees all business development for Ireland and the UK. Brendan attended DIT where he gained a BTech in building services engineering and has since completed PHP programming and Managing Safely in Construction Certificates. Since leaving college he has worked as a mechanical design consultant, a senior mechanical project manager and a client delivery project manager for a large multi-location company.


Mike White

Chief Technology Officer – Zutec Group

Mike White is co-founder the chief technology officer at Zutec. In this role, the sixteen-year veteran at the company, is responsible for developing the overall technology vision for the company. 
Mike drives global software development initiatives and collaboration for the company, and is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive deployment of Zutec software solutions and maintenance of its technical infrastructure.


Nessa Lowry

Regional Marketing Manager – Zutec Group

Nessa joined us in 2014 as a Regional Marketing Manager (EMEA) to work on our global marketing strategy. Nessa has gained a primary degree in Service Marketing but has more recently completed an MBA where she can bring her experience as well as the theory to the table. Having worked as a marketing manager for several years in various different sectors including publications, optical, health & beauty as well as in the construction industry, we believe that such experience behind our marketing department can help to further grow our business globally into the future.


Tom Boland

General Manager  – Zutec Inc (UK) Ltd

Tom Boland has been with Zutec since 2003 and has held a number of business positions within the UK and Middle Eastern regions as well as being closely associated with many of Zutec’s flagship projects and key clients.

Since early 2014 he has been focusing in business development within the UK and the development of new and extended core services for the Group regional businesses.

Tom has over 30 years experience in the Construction industry. Following an apprenticeship with Myson a leading UK Heating and Ventilation equipment manufacture in 1977, he attended the University of the South Bank in London and in 1982 served 7 years as a Mechanical Services (HVAC) engineer working for two London Consultancies before moving to the leading UK Building Management Systems (BMS) manufacturer Trend Control Systems Ltd (now part of Honeywell International, Inc) in 1989. In 1992 he co-founded Synergy Design a UK BMS integration business before joining Zutec in 2003.


Daniel Da Silva

Business Development Manager  – Asia Pacific Region

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Daniel commenced with Zutec at the beginning of 2013 and is responsible for driving new business within the Asia Pacific Region. His responsibilities include providing solution and consultancy services to the AEC industry from initial presentation all the way through to implementation and technical support.
Daniel possesses a degree in Information & Communication Technology double majoring in Business Information Systems and E-Commerce. His many years in Business Development within the Insurance and Construction industry coupled with his IT knowledge and education have been key drivers to the success and growth of our operation within the Asia Pacific region.
