Partnering with Brookfield Multiplex for London Wall Place
London Wall Place is a new development strategically located in the City of London featuring two different yet complementary office buildings totalling 500,000 sq ft.
The 46,450m² (500,000ft²) scheme, required the demolition of the St Alphage House tower and podium to make way for the two landmark office buildings.
Contractor Brookfield Multiplex has just started construction on the two major buildings, comprising an 18-storey west building of 300,000 sq ft and 14-storey east building offering 20,000 sq ft of space.
The 500,000 sq ft project will boast roof gardens with spectacular views over St Paul’s and the City. Zutec are pleased to announce that they are partnering with Brookfield on this prestigious project. Brookfield have taken us on board to provide BIM Integration, Project Handover, O&M Manuals & On Site Data Capture on this exciting new project – of which we are very happy to be involved in.
