BIM Process Management
The management of the information gathering and validation in the BIM process is one of the most challenging aspects of BIM. Through Zutec’s integration with .ifc we can receive BIM data from all .ifc optimized packages along with more traditional routes such as excel or databases for the stakeholders with lowered BIM capacity. Client Training & Demonstration Management
Training has to be of such scope as to ensure that all trainees who complete the programme are capable of operating and/or maintaining a building’s installed equipment, systems and facilities. Zutec provides training services for the preparation, management and delivery of these key training needs. Both classroom and targeted site-based training is provided to enable a smooth transition from construction to operational activities. Zutec can also provide a team of skilled videographers who can record the training/edit and add these videos to the online database linking them to the operation and maintenance system.
